Ride to the Ironman: 5:30-5:40 Klingerstr 13 (Frankfurt)

Dear INers,

We will meet at 5:30 for 5:40 departure from Klingerstr. 13 and cheer on the Ironman competitors, broadcast live, and do a cross-fit / calestenics workout before doing an optional lap run around the lake immedaitely after the first swimmers finish and then return to Frankfurt.

Please join. If so, bring, water, some snacks and some kind of gloves.

For those of you who have not yet been able to use the weather as
motivation to find that amazing beach body within, may I suggest watching

Please join us in celebrating the Ironman European Championships this coming Sunday for an amazing spectacle as Protected content bodied men and women dive
into the Langener Waldsee for a 4K swim before hoping on their bikes for
180 KM through FFM and the Taunus before coming back to the banks of the
Main, as they tackle a full 42.2 Marathon in search of Ironman Gladiator
Glory.
