there will be the grand opening weekend at the Städel Museum

Admission free
Finally every section of the Städel Museum is accessible once again and the unique extension is open. Some Protected content of contemporary art have found a new home on 3,000 square metres of additional space beneath the Städel garden. More than Protected content of art can now be presented in entirely new contexts – thanks in great part to the support of many private individuals.
Be here when the Städel Museum opens its new annex! Admission is free of charge.
