We're very excited to announce our Spring Pop-up menu happening this Saturday, May 11th. Our cooks will be Fabrice Mazliah and Ioannis Mandafounis, dancer-choreographers currently performing at Mousonturm in Frankfurt.
Leak and smoked salmon terrine garnished with black trout caviar
Three-salad plate composed of:
Roasted beet root and garlic caramelized in balsamic vinegar
Thinly sliced fennel infused with lemon, green apples and kohlrabi,
scattered with honey- roasted pignolis
Marinated orange slices
Lamb shoulder en Papillote, braised in a mustard lemon sauce, oregano and garlic
Vegetable tagine with plums and cashew nuts
Piemonte black rice
Split pea purée topped with red onion and capers
Rhubarb compote on a crunchy base with a dollop of maple syrup sweetened quark,
topped with basil marinated strawberries, Chantilly and white chocolate flakes
