What to do for one day in Frankfurt?

Hey there,
I will be in Germany next week, i will stay in Ehingen for 5 days & one and half day in Frankfurt. it is first time for me in Frankfurt, could you plz suggest me nice places to go like Bars& nightclubs, nice landmarks & do you recommend me to visit the Zoo!!
