Transport in Freetown / Wellington

Hi, I am planning a trip to Sierra Leone to visit an orphanage (and a little girl now a teenager) I have been sponsoring for many years.
I hear that transport is complicated. Could someone advise me on which hotel to pick and on how to book a chauffeur-driven car as I do not drive?
The orphanage is in Wellington.
