Housing and parent resources (Gaborone)

Greetings Everyone,

I'm new to Gaborone and looking for housing. I've read through the threads and saw a few agencies that I should stay away from. Anyone have the name of a rental agent who actually helped them land a good house/flat? I'm looking for accommodations not far from the Unoversity where I'll be teaching. What are good areas that I should look at?

Also, I have an 11-month old baby and want to connect with other parents and small children. Are there any mommy and baby groups or other resources for new parents?
