one of the biggest SalsaFestivals of Europe is on Protected content Feb in Zurich (Kongress House) for its 12th edition.
Protected content are expected to come from all the parts of Europe (and the world).
3 long night shows with a great variety/choice of daily workshops will be there to keep your weekend fully busy.

THE NEWS OF THIS YEAR:

Here the most important news:

The line-up is top-notch like every year. José Alberto "El Canario" playing together with Mercadonegro, Eddie Torres, Shani Talmor, Cobo Brothers, Oliver Pineda, Tropical Gem, BNF, Manuel Mascarell, Alberto Valdes, Seo Fernandez, Island Touch, Frank Santos, Nuno y Vanda, and many more stars join our Salsafestival. Here you'll find the complete line-up.

We present no more than 8 shows per night. That means that on Saturday we schedule 1 single show set.

So you can expect more party time. At the moment we are planning more than Protected content hours during the Salsafestival weekend - more than in any other Salsa event as far as we know.

The parties for Casino dancers will be extended as well - from 9 p.m. until 7 a.m.

Now you can also dance Bachata and Kizomba until 7 a.m.

Party on 4 dancefloors

20.00h: Start of the registrations in the entrance hall of the Kongresshaus Zurich / Claridenstrasse
21.00h: Door opening to the evening party with enough space for the biggest Salsa party in Europe
Dance Floors on the first floor: Salsa Clasica and Cuban/Timba
23.00h: Salsa-Shows on highest international level (Main ball room)
23.00h: Door opening of the dancefloors on the first floor:
Kizomba/Bachata and Salsa Romantica
01.00h: Live concert: José Alberto "El Canario" together with Mercadonegro
03.00h: Start of the inhouse afterparty on 3 dance floors on the ground floor (Salsa Dura, Timba Cubana and Suave Parties)

11.00h: Choice of over 30 excellent workshops in 6 different rooms in the Kongresshaus. Free admission to our Mercado Latino area
13.15h: Lunch break till 14.45h
13.30h: Stargate-Shows. The best show with the most applause and votes of an expert jury gets the possibility to dance on Saturday night
18.15h: End of the workshops
20.00h: Start of the crash-course for complete beginners
20.00h: Cash desk opening in the entrance hall of the Kongresshaus Zurich / Claridenstrasse 5
21.00h: Door opening to the impressive Gala Night. Dance floors on the first floor: Salsa Clasica and Cuban/Timba.
