6 months temporary assignment

The incumbent will be responsible for delivering Semi-finished Goods & NTMs to factories, by coordinating amongst Suppliers and Factories, in close collaboration with Finance, R&D,PPO, Global Procurement and other functional partners as required.

Areas of responsibility

1. Process Sales and Purchase Orders within SAP R/3.

2.Organize and/or track shipments of Products to ensure they reach Customer/defined destination on time with no errors in the accompanying documents.

3.Issuance and release of invoices, order acknowledgements, Bills of Lading and all related documentation according to statutory and/or Customer requirements. Issuance of credit and debit memos as per Company policies. Control and legalization of documents.

4. Coordination with factories and suppliers, communicate on forecast accuracy

5. Coordinate with Business Service Center on all issues related to Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable and Month End/Year End closing.

6. Ensure all activities undertaken by Global Material Supply dept fully comply with company policies and procedures. Address promptly concerns/questions from the the auditors (internal & external). This include the management of J-SOX, SWISS SOX controls embedded in the Company's O2C, P2P and IM mega processes.

Work experience:
3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing (or forwarding) company. Preferably in the area of Supply Chain in a multinational company. Exceptional candidates with other backgrounds and experience will be considered.

Languages & Computer Skills:
Fluent in English (written & spoken) + a second language.MS Office package and SAP R/3 experience
