WHAT YOU’LL DO
The role which is new will evolve quickly. You will be responsible to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within a luxury market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services. You’ll report to the CEO and play a major role in developing this sales channel. The role’s key pillars:

DETAILS OF FUNCTION:
1. Design the sales pitch
• Creates inspiring sales materials (sales presentations, account penetration e-mail)
2. Identifies prospect customers
• Based on the guidelines from the CEO identifies the right prospective customers
• Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
• Identifies the right contact person within the prospective customers
3. Sales calls:
• Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with prospective customers
• Approaches the prospective customers via e-mail or telephone (skype) and sells our products and services
• Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for the prospective customers
• Coordinates sales effort with the marketing function
• Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
• Develops the business
4. Sales strategy
• Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the segment
5. Business intelligence
• Supplies the CEO with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
REPORTING:
• Reports directly to the CEO

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must possess a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a multinational company
• Entrepreneurial and start up experiences would be a plus
• Fluent English oral and written. Preferably English mother tongue
• Personal affinity with the well-being sector: yoga, meditation
• University degree
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be results-orientated and able to work independently
• Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions
• Experienced in creating inspiring presentations (Power Point or Keynotes)

CONTRACT FORM AND COMPENSATION
• The contract will be a collaboration contract
• The compensation will be variable and will be 30% of the sales you have achieved. Higher sales means higher income ☺
• Growth: ability to evolve in the role and grow with us as the company grows

LOCATION & REQUIREMENTS:
• You will be working from home and have the flexibility to organize your schedule as you prefer
• You have a laptop and access to wifi
