Basketball, american football, or rugby anyone? (Geneva)

Howdy ladies and gents,

Just moved out to Geneva from Australia/USA and although I do enjoy spending time with my wife and her fam, I need to get out and meet people, specifically English speaking people... I feel like I'm losing the only language I speak... as well Im looking for some social/ somewhat competitive sports in and around the Rolle Area... So if anyone plays basketball, american football, or rugby or well any other sport for that matter I'd be keen to give it a go. or even just out to a pub for a drink (thats a sport right??).
