BBQ & Booze (Geneva)

I'm a graduate student in the US, Oklahoma City, and am working on a business plan for a hypothetical nightspot in Geneva called BBQ & Booze. Our plan is to sell the American experience by setting up in a hotel lounge, over looking a body of water, sell imported wines and beers, as well as BBQ and fixins, and we would entertain with live and recorded favorite music. Tell me what you think? Would you patronize us? Can you suggest ways that we could offer memorable experiences that will keep you coming back?
