Few minutes to chat - PLEASE! (Geneva)

I was wondering if anyone would give up between 10 and 30 minutes of their time for an informal chat (confidential and anonymous of course).

I am looking to speak with individuals who go overseas with their jobs, whether on a traditional expatriate basis, a short term relocation or frequent overseas business trips. I can telephone you at any time that is convenient to you.

I am a researcher, based near Geneva who specialises in job design, talent management, positive organisational psychology and international assignments.

I am conducting an international research project investigating how international business assignments can be (re-) designed to achieve more positive outcomes with respect to reduced burnout, enhanced engagement and performance related issues.

I want to find out about the realities that you face and hear your story!
