I am currently looking for a Head of F&B for a trendy hotel in Geneva.
Your main mission and responsibilities will be to:
Optimize the turnover of the F&B in the hotel, to insure the development, and customer loyalty as well as the regularity of the services. - Organize & structure the department - Hygene & Security - Staff management & Training - Communication - Inventory management - Budgeting
- Hotel school or any other equivalent degree - Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position - Having managed at least a team of 20 people - Knowledge of (Word, Excel, Fidelio, Opera, Micros, Outlook...) - Strong analytical skills with attention to details - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and in French
