Mortgage and realtor (Geneva)

Hello All,

i am looking into buying my flat and am in search of two key ingredients: a realtor and nice bank. :)

Specifically, I have hears from a Swiss friend that Migro Bank offers a mortgage with only 10% down. If anyone has a contact with Migro, or another bank that offers a mortgage with 10% down, a reference is most appreciated!

I also need a realtor to appraise my flat and work with my regie in finding a nice offer (the offer made by the regie for the sale was a little high when I look at comparables in the neighborhood). Any contact for a realtor is greatly appreciated as well.
