Hi all - I am completing my Master in Hospitality Administration degree at the Ecole hoteliere de Lausanne next month. I bring with me more than 10 years of experience as an in-house legal counsel for various multinational companies (such as Chemtura, Starwood Hotels and Nokia Siemens Networks) both in Singapore and Shanghai. I have worked on many cross-border transactions for commercial as well as M&A matters, looking at deals from various angles such as HR, intellectual property and dispute resolution.
I am looking to stay in Europe with a position that allows me to contribute to the success of a European company looking to expand in Asia or have Asian interests looking into opportunities in Europe. My work experience provides me with the ability to bridge these interests in a win-win situation. (I also speak Mandarin and French.)
I am particularly looking at the hospitality or related industries but am open to other areas that require such expertise.
