Suggestions for Visiting Texan? (Geneva)

Hello! I'm a member from the Houston chapter and will be coming to Montreux the 1st week in September for Freddie Mercury's 70th birthday celebration. I arrive and depart from Geneva (GVA) and am looking for suggestions for places to stay and things to do in your city, as well as the towns near Montreux.
