Jan Golden from Tai Chi Ireland is one of Europe’s few professional tai chi
instructors. He is an “Indoor Student" to two Chinese masters in Shanghai,
he is trained in Chinese Medicine, and has extensive knowledge of western
anatomy and physiology. He teaches tai chi “secrets” openly, and is famous
for his relaxed, easy and humourous classes. He also teaches in great
detail, and is anxious that students understand what they are doing when
they are doing tai chi.
