Having a baby in Genoa

Hi! I am now 6 months pregnant with my lovely Italian husband. We live in Santa Margherita, but plan on having baby in Genoa at Gaslini. I am trying to find a midwife that speaks english, or any advice on great doctors that speak english. Also, would love to find another option for birth location, like a private hospital or birthing center. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I speak Italian, but in birthing moment may prefer my native language! Baby boy due in early november!! Thank you so much for your help!!! Courtney
