Moving to Guyana in July, (Georgetown)

Hi All,
I am moving to Guyana in July with my family (2 young children). Our organisation is just new and so we have no contacts to help us with the move and logistics. As such we are literally arriving with kids in tow and no house or anything organised. So any advice would be great.
Firstly, we are looking for a place to stay when we first arrive either a short term let or a guest house? Is there anyone/place we should contact?
We will be then looking for a house to rent? Any estate agents we can contact?
And lastly but not least we will be looking for a nanny? Any guidance where we can go looking?
I would really really appreciate any help on any of these issues as there is nothing helpful on the internet.
