Women's Enterprise Exposition (Georgetown)

Hi Georgetown expats and friends. I am writing today for the purpose of promoting an event planned for November 26th, Protected content at the Hotel Tower Poolside. The event will consist of varying booths from Georgetown's women in small business, along with women support groups. Outreach groups that cater to Guyana's youth will also be present.

This event will assist in accelerating Millennium Development Goal # 3, promote gender equality and empower women. By allowing each vendor to display their products and services, generating the stimulation of local women run and owned business along with raising awareness of local support groups can be achieved.

The day will consist of mingling for the opportunity to network and market, along with a panel of esteemed women speaking on Gender Equality in Guyana: Discussion on the Challenges and Successes that Accompany Gender Equality.
