Expat Dreams (Glasgow)

Hey!
I am a new member! I have some questions. I am sure they have been asked before but I cannot find any of the threads! My husband and I are looking to relocate to the UK, preferably Glasgow (obviously), from the U.S.A.. Does anyone have any tips on accomplishing this? I have been to many websites and blogs but this does not seem to be an easy feat!
