Does anyone know the procedure to obtain a Brasilian Driving Licence? I have read somewhere that if you hold a full British Driving Licence and gain residency that you can apply to DETRAN and they will issue a Full Brasilian Licence without going through all the usual tests from the beginning. Any thoughts? Thx!
