English speaking doctors/good private healthcare (Granada)

Hello,

This week I come to live in Granada centre, coming from The Netherlands. Already registered at the centro de salute, but i fear my health when really being sick. :) Maybe it's not a problem, but I am curious if there is someone who knows a doctor of other healthcare practioners like fysiotherapy or psychology that understand english. Maybe there is a private healthcare company or hospital I can go to, because I have a good international insurance for this.

In our company NorthgateArinso we have a lot of expats that I can believe have the same question....or maybe already found out it's not possible :)
