Thinking of moving to Grenada with family (Granada)

Hello, my husband & I are looking to move to Spain from the USA with our 3 children (2 young boys, 1 girl college student). My husband is Mexican & I lived in MX & speak a little Spanish. We are still researching but Grenada seems like a wonderful city for families. Our children would love skiing & the beach. It also seems safe for our daughter to walk around with friends. We also love the idea of a walkable city, coming from where we live now in Houston where we have to drive everywhere. Any suggestions/sites for bilingual primary schools as well as universities? We are working on growing our online businesses & need to keep our expenses low for awhile. Thank you! And we are very excited to join this community...well, at least virtually for now! We are planning a trip for next Summer to become better acquainted with Grenada.
