Hello:
I'm newly arrived in Graz and speak no Deutsch. Would like to learn asap.
Does anyone know of schools that offer FREE German courses/lessons?
I found many places that will teach for a fee, but I am looking for a place, perhaps government sponsored, that does not charge anything, or maybe very little.
