Certified translator for birth certificate (Grenoble)

Hello everyone,

In order to get my "Carte Vitale" I need to have my birth certificate translated from English to French by a "Certified translator". I am not sure what "certified translator" is, but I reckon it is someone who is recognized by the state as an official translator.

Can anyone suggest such a translator in Grenoble? Preferably one where I can simply email them the scanned certificate.
