Best location on the south (Guadalajara)

We just moved to GDL from Shanghai with our little one. Any suggestions where is the best location, well child friendly location to rent a house? I'm working from home so to me location doesn't matter but my husand is working at Industrial Park on the south. Any tips? I'm so greatfull.
