Certificado Medico (Guadalajara)

I am joining a sports club and they require a certificado medico official. They won't accept a certificado medico fron a farmacia. They want one from cruz verde, cruz rojo or a legit hospital. Does anyone know where or how to get a certificado medico from one of these legit places? I don't even know where a cruz verde is.I tried just getting a consulto @ Farmacia Similares and they wouldn't accept it para mi membresia. Thank you for any help
