Interesting Articles in InterNations (Guadalajara)

One of the things I like the most about the Albatross membership is having access to all the interesting articles: moving abroad, expat women and cultural shock related subjects, I just read: Visiting ‘Home’: The Double Life of an Expat, which I found interesting and touching, in a paragraph the writer says: “I left England without really fully thinking about the consequences. I left behind close family and friends, an abundance of personal possessions; even my toothbrush in the sink of my mother’s house and my pajamas under the pillow of my bed” ….. I once left my country leaving all behind, including my pajamas in the closet of my father’s house; came back 7 years after, I felt like an expat in my own Country. And as she said: makes you wonder, what makes home into home?
