traveling and Spanish school (Guadalajara)

Hi folks,

I will be attending the UN Climate Conference in Cancun and afterwards, I got some time to travel a bit and to attend a Spanish school to brush up my poor Spanish skills. Does anyone of you have some recommendations, and does it make sense to travel to Guadalajara from Cancun at all? Any tips for travelers in Mexico are helpful!
