Dear Expat Spouses/Partners,

My name is Regula Sindemann. In Protected content , I followed my husband to China on an international expat assignment and became an expat spouse.

At present, I am pursuing a Masters degree in Coaching, Training and Development with the Middlesex University, London. Based on my personal experience, my final study project focuses on the concept of Cultural Intelligence1) and its relevance for expat spouses/partners2).

My project is based on a questionnaire answered by expatriate spouses/partners:

• Completion takes 10 – 15 minutes.
• Questionnaire should be completed within 1 week after receipt.
• Participation is 100% anonymous.
• Data will be treated confidentially, used for this research project only and deleted after use.
