Recommendation for compounds? (Guangzhou)

Hi,

Most likely I will move down to Guangzhou (from Beijing) this spring. I will move with my family (wife and baby).

We want to find a good compound not too far away from city (or with easy access close to subway) - and easy access with car going south (work will be Protected content south of city).

Compound should have some garden area and preferable a pool area with gym, also it would be nice with walking access to some shopping, restaurants and coffee place.

Share your recommendations and also please comment how well the compound is managed.
