spouse resident permit renewal (Guangzhou)

Hi - hope someone can help.

Moved to Hainan with husband (work) in August Protected content . Health checks carried out for both of us. Husband obtained work/residence permits for one year. I received residence permit for six months (due to problem with marriage certificate not being notarised, this has now been rectified.

Problem is my residence permit is now due for renewal in March. Not sure, but presume that they will only give me a six month renewal again, to tie in with husbands renewal in August!!?? Would I need to have a further health check carried out to obtain my resident permit in March? as this would mean I would have had 3 health checks in one year?

Anyone else had this dilemma!. Advice gratefully received.
