True Colour: Door Policy (Guangzhou)

Does anyone know the door policy of this club?
I have been there twice fairly recently with a small group of friends and have been refused entry both times on the grounds that the club was full and there were no tables available. I have been in the club before and I know that it is not mandatory to have a table booked before going in, plus there is a river terrace, which gives even more space to move about.
The doormen made no checks on the numerous Chinese clubbers entering and leaving the building.
Has anyone else had a similar experience? Do they now have a no foreigner door policy?
