Western Grocery Store (Guangzhou)

I just arrived in Guangzhou a few days ago and would like to find a grocery store that sells 'western type' food. I have lived in the middle east for the past five years and often shopped in a store called Spinny's. It catered to the ex-pat community. Is there such a thing in Guangzhou?
