Where to buy: Outdoor furniture + herbs (Guangzhou)

I just got myself an apartment with a nice balcony.
Any suggestion to where I can go and buy myself some nice outdoor furniture?
Being Swedish I have of course already checked IKEA but I would like to see some more options...
Also I want to plant some herbs on the balcony, like basil, mint, thyme etc.. Any ideas where I can find it?
