Need advice for Guatemala! (Guatemala City)

Hi there, I'll be probably moving to Guatemala in the coming months for work. I guess is one of the only countries I've never been in Americas and would like to have some advice about best locations to rents, prices, recommendations for moving with families, etc. Still need to negotiate with the company the relocation thing, so any advice is welcomed. :)
