The Training and Development Administrative Assistant has such varied
responsibilities as general office tasks, manage attendance data for all
trainings, provide assistance in preparation for trainings, prepare training files. Responsible for supporting the Training Department Manager and training sessions. Additionally, the Training Assistant is responsible for handling all the training deparment google docs, staff product knowledge tracking, and answering the phone when needed.
High school graduate or GED
Pleasant phone voice and business manner
Word processing at a minimum of 50 words per minute
Knowledge of software such as desk-top publishing, Excel, etc.
Experience as an administrative assistant is a plus.
Must have above average written and verbal English communications skills.
Must be able to prioritize and work effectively with deadlines.
Must posses cultural and ethnic sensitivity and be able to work effectively with all levels of staff.
Initial salary is $500 .
Performance bonus applies after confirmation of position.
Work as Independent Contractor, must have access to Internet with good speed.
