Vegan Food in Guatemala (Guatemala City)

I have a Vegan friend who is considering a trip to Guatemala. Her first question is about Vegan food. Here on the lake I know a couple of choices -- some Vegan options in Hana, a Japanese restaurant in Panajachel and a Felafel place in San Pedro. And if she is here we will be fine. But, what about Guatemala City? I know (and love Rey Sol) and Bambú I am reasonably sure has Vegan options. But, where else? Like Banbú, ethnic choices (e.g., Indian) would be the most interesting.
