Business and Immigration Lawyer (Guayaquil)

Hi,

After a year of researches finally I decided to open my business in Santa Elena Ecuador. Currently I am searching for an English speaking local lawyer with very good connections who has enough time for my immigration and company registration case.
If any of you experience ex pats can suggest me any person it will be so appreciated, so I can collect all required documents to avoid coming and going back to my country for a piece of paper.
I should mention my target area is Santa Elena province and my profession is scuba diving instructor.
