Flex office (Guayaquil)

Hej everyone,

Probably something I will not typically find in Ecuador but I am looking for offices/buildings/what-so-ever with flex-spots/working places.

On the 11th of September I will be moving to Guayaquil for at least a year. Two days per week I will be running my own business in consulting and projectmanagement in the field of Learning & Development (Dutch market first but never hurts to think big).

I am not really the kind of person to sit around in my home all day. Does anyone have any idea whether a concept like this excists in Guayaquil? I did find 'rent an office for a day' but I am looking for a place to encounter other entrepreneurs!
