Looking for Guide/Mentor (Guayaquil)

Hello everyone! We are a couple planning to visit Guayaquil in August (date flexible) for first time for about a week, with plans to retire and move to Guayaquil permanently early next year. Looking for someone who can act as guide around city, suggest good areas to rent apt, answer many questions about visa, banking, telephone, etc and hotel recommendation for our stay.. Ideal person would be also retired so can spend most of week with us. Will gladly pay for your time. We are both mid 60's (and a gay couple, so if that's uncomfortable for you, understood).
