moving family (w/ kids) to coast (Guayaquil)

Hi everyone. I am considering relocating to a coastal town for a year or two. My wife and I have two young kids Protected content 6 yrs old.

Any advice on good places to narrow our search? Ideally, we are looking for the following:

1- medium to small coastal town
2- spanish language school
3- good schools for the kids
4- good mix of expats and locals
5- proximity to surf
6- we can work remotely in the US, but need good internet

Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
