Re-locating back to US (Guayaquil)

I am currently living in Guayaquil but re-locating back to the States. I have two large dogs that will be traveling with me. Does anyone have experience with a company/service that assists in transporting animals? I will be flying out of Quito to New York. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated! I am very concerned for their health and safety while traveling and want them to be as comfortable as possible.
