Possible Opportunity; some travel w/ toddler (Gurgaon)

Hi all -
I am currently exploring expat opportunities in India (Gurgaon specifically) and have been interviewing quite a bit.
I've recently had a very good opportunity come up within Gurgaon, but it may require some travel to Europe occassionally.
Issue > I have a toddler and my husband would likely not be in India 100% of the time once I take the opportunity. I've had a couple of thoughts like:
1. take her with me on travel - but then who would I have for care once at location?
2. leave her with daycare/live in nanny in Gurgaon for the short while?
Both not ideal - but trying to thing outside of the box as well...

Anyone experienced this? I would love your feedback and potential solutions
