Anyone with bakery company contacts? (Hamburg)

Hi all,

I work as an Environmental Specialist in Confectionery and Bakery company in Finland. I am visiting in HH within 2 weeks due to energy efficiency meeting and while being there would like to visit in some bakery company. I don't mean now these little shop bakeries rather their head offices/big bakeries.

The aim for me would have a meeting with sharing best environmental practices as I would be glad to tell how we manage our environmental issues (also in corporate responsible/sustainable point of view).
