Do I get a pension, even if a small one? (Hamburg)

As a British national, I have been living and registered in Germany for the last 20 years, as a freelancer, paying my taxes and I have private health insurance and but no pension scheme at all - all my own savings for retrirement. I'm not too concerned about a pension, since most countries are insolvent and pensions will only be paid out in a collpased currency in 15 years time. Nevertheless, am I entitled to a basic pension? and from whom - the UK or German government? Many thanks for your help
