Financial Consultancy called me... (Hamburg)

Hi everybody,

I was wondering if anybody else experienced what I experienced... I was called by a financial consultancy that only consults not Germans in Germany (in this case: Hamburg). They thought I was foreign. Why did they figure that? And why do they call me out of the blue?

I am really curious where this came from and I am officially only in this international community "online". Although of course my organisation's name is English. Just wondering where they got my name from...
