Hey Everyone - A Question.. (Hamburg)

I moved to Hamburg about three weeks ago, and thought that InterNations might be a good way of connecting with people, both socially and professionally. I'm not sure I'm posting this message in the correct thread, but my question is how do I use InterNations to connect with people? I see the Job thread, so that covers the professional side of things, but in terms of making new friends here, how does that work on InterNations? Any advice would be much appreciated, and I apologise if the answer is embarrassingly obvious. Best wishes, James
