Job center (Hamburg)

Dear Everybody

I am moving to Hamburg in the beginning of the next month.

I am going to be looking for a job there, in regarding to this I am obliged to prove to my home country government, that I am looking for a job.
Therefore I need to get some papers stamped at Hamburgs job center / Labour department/ Job service center / what they might call it.

My question is: Where can I find this place? I have been searching the web and haven't gotten any closer..
